Helps patients and providers alike keep track of and address any abnormal conditions without a visit to a center
Annual Wellness Visits
We are able to conduct Medicare patients’ Annual Wellness Visits that will allow us to identify and address current or potential health issues
This can be done in conjunction with or independent of a recommended Annual Physical
