Billing/Insurance/Self Pay

Insurance Providers

GM Accident & Injury Urgent Care proudly accepts most major insurers. If you are not sure your insurance plan on the list, please contact us to verify if your insurance plan is accepted. When you register and choose to have us process your visit through your insurance, the self-pay is not an option after your insurance claim has been submitted.

Please Note: this is not a comprehensive list.

Self-pay

If you have insurance but do not wish to use it, treatment is available at a flat, competitive self-pay rate. Exact amounts are based on the tests, treatment and services determined necessary at your exam.

When you register, you can choose our convenient self-pay option if you prefer to pay cash/credit card even if you have insurance.  With this selection, your insurance will not be processed.

Easy Pay

Our Urgent Care makes getting care even more convenient with Easy Pay. Easy Pay is designed to create an effortless billing process for our patients so there’s never a need to worry about remembering to pay a bill. Payment processes automatically so you can focus on feeling better faster.

Co-pays or coinsurance are due prior to being seen and any remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file after insurance processes your claim. We will  provide you with advanced notice that your card will be charged. It’s as easy as that!
